Welcome to the website of D’Alessandro & Associates Ltd, a multi-disciplinary business consulting and support services firm operating under the banner of CREDAL Business Consulting.

Based in Malta, the company was established in 1984 and over the years has gained a wealth of international business consulting experience. We have dealt with a wide range of projects in sectors as diverse as financial services, hospitality and ICT services. Our firm has built a reputation for customised professional and support services, be they management consulting, marketing research, executive development services, pr and events, etc. We have developed a particular approach to the provision of our services that is characterised by the core values of our firm, TRUST – COMPETENCE -INTEGRITY –– NETWORKING.

Ours is a family owned and managed firm, where old fashioned values of trust and commitment are the basics of the personalised professional and support services provided. We have grown our business slowly over the years through personal recommendation by satisfied clients.

Advenio eAcademy

Established in 2013, Advenio eAcademy is the education arm of D’Alessandro & Associates Ltd. Advenio eAcademy is a Higher Education Institution (HEI) licenced by the Malta Further & Higher Education Authority (MFHEA) formerly known as NCFHE (Licence number: 2013-FHI-0006) which caters for an international clientele of discerning educational service providers and learners.

Advenio eAcademy offers ECTS accredited programmes at EQF/MQF Levels 4, 5 and 7 and provides the opportunity for participating educational institutions and training organisations to move beyond the constraints of physical premises. It allows them to embrace a virtual campus which allows for the development and deployment of state-of-the-art educational and training programmes that really add value to the students.

Advenio eAcademy is the first organization in Malta, licensed by the NCFHE whose services are based on online learning. The e-learning platform used is the award winning EBLearn solution developed and maintained by E-Business Systems, the web solutions arm of AllSecure Ltd.

eBusiness Systems

E-Business Systems is the software development arm of D’Alessandro & Associates Ltd. and is focused on the development and implementation of web based and server-based solutions that improve corporate performance and add value. E-Business Systems has many years of experience in the design, development, and implementation of web-based solutions on a range of platforms. Currently, it provides three core platforms which can be customised and adapted for various businesses and sectors. These include:- eB-ISP – Business Management Platform, eB-Learn – eLearning Platform and eB-IMS – investments management system.

Another aspect of E-business Systems operations is the consultancy services that it provides to clients. By leveraging its expertise in the different areas of software development, systems operations, web-solutions and related hardware, E-Business Systems can focus on assisting clients in making the necessary transition from physical market operations to increasing cyberspace operations. Such services involve assistance in the formulation and implementation of strategy, corporate re-structuring and re-organisation for effective inter-phase of real world and virtual world operations, development of system specifications including hardware, software and middle-ware requirements, ensuring that tender documents are correctly drafted and allow for installation of the required solutions
